Our veal rib chops are lean cuts of veal prepared from a 6 bone rib rack, aged to deliver optimum tenderness. The ribs are French trimmed so that the rib bone is exposed. Available in a variety of sizes and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. For that special occasion ask for our lollipop rib chops, trimmed the entire length of the rib bone until the eye. Average weight per case 4.5kg (10lbs.).
