Our rib chops are French trimmed so that the rib bone is exposed. Available in a variety of sizes and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. For that special occasion ask for our hotel style lollipop chop, trimmed the entire length of the rib bone until the rib eye. Average weight per case 4.5kg (10lbs.).
