Ingredients
- 4 - Osso buco
- 2 - celeri sticks, diced
- 2 - large carrots, diced
- 2 - onions, diced
- 4 - garlic cloves, minced
- 30 ml - 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 -19 oz can (540 ml) diced tomatoes
- flour for dredging osso buco
- canola oil in sufficient quantity to cover the base of a large skillet
- 30 ml - (2 Tbsp.) butter
- 15 ml - (1 Tbsp.) veal concentrate
- 375 ml - (1 ½ cup) water
