In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients.

Place veal chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over chops.

Cover and put in refrigerator, marinate between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat.

Remove chops from marinade and pat dry.

Grill chops on barbecue about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 150°F (66°C).

Serve with scalloped potatoes and fresh season vegetables.
