Our veal striploin is lean muscle meat prepared by removing the bones and flank from a 2 bone short loin and aged for optimal tenderness. This cut of meat is particularly prized for its flavor, tenderness and menu versatility and is a favorite of steakhouses. Preferred cooking is medium rare showcasing the delicate flavor and naturally tender texture. Pieces average 2kg (4.4lbs.).

Grain Fed Veal Strip Loin

Our grain-fed tenderloin, low in fat and cholesterol, rich in protein and iron, meets today's consumer need to eat healthy. Its exquisite taste and texture lends itself to numerous culinary preparations. Aged to deliver optimum tenderness and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Average weight per piece is 1kg (2.2lbs).

Grain Fed Veal Tenderloin

The veal flank steak is a part of tender and tasty meat prepared from a full flank. Very flavorful, flank steak is ideal for BBQ, châteaubriand or veal wellington. Once marinated, you can enjoy a juicy grilled steak. Our flank steak is available in a vacuum sealed packaging in two 2.5kg bags per case.

Our veal cubes are lean pieces of meat cut from the boneless shoulder, chuck, breast, sirloin, loin and leg muscles. Cut to a size of about 1'' wide and vacuum sealed in a bag of 2.5kg. Case contains 2 bags for an average weight of 5kg (11lbs.).

Our delicated cutlet portions are lean cuts of veal, cut from the boneless leg muscle. Pieces are delicated, sliced thinly, portioned and pounded for optimum tenderness. Available in portions of 55g (2 oz.), 85g (3 oz.), 115g (4 oz.) and 140g (5 oz.), vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. We offer bulk packs for a more economical option. Grain Fed Veal Delicated Cutlet

Veal medallions are pieces of lean veal, prepared from the boneless top sirloin, fully denuded and aged for optimum tenderness. Available in portions of 85g (3 oz.) and 115g (4 oz.) vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. We offer bulk packaging for a more economical option. Average weight per case 4.5kg (10lbs.).

Grain Fed Veal Medallions

Meat used for our breaded veal cutlet is prepared using the outside round of the boneless leg. Pieces are delicated, thinly sliced, portioned and pounded. Portions are coated in a breadcrumb mixture seasoned with a savory signature blend of spices. Available in 115g (4 oz.) portions with 40 pieces per case. Average weight per case 4.5kg (10lbs.).
